Enforex Barcelona is a large Spanish school in Barcelona. It has the capacity to host up to 550 students, and has its offices and classrooms in a modern and spacious building with four floors in the prestigious Eixample neighbourhood. It is accredited by Instituto Cervantes and forms part of the Enforex schools chain which is a guarantee of the quality.

Not only does Enforex offer 50 bright, fully-equipped, air-conditioned classrooms, but also plenty of common areas to relax after Spanish language classes in Barcelona. They include a stunning, open all year round terrace with plenty of seats and sunshine, comfy and bright indoor areas with bean bags and sofas, as well as cafeteria with vending machines and tables to have a coffee. Students can also use the library and computer room to continue studying or chat with their relatives and friends.

The payment of 100% of the invoice is mandatory before the arrival of the client.

A personalized ENFOREX Certificate of attendance and completion will be issued for studies in accordance with the guidelines established by the Instituto Cervantes and the current legislation regulating non-accredited education.

This certificate will contain the name of the taken course, its level and number of hours completed. The name of the school in which the classes were given, dates of enrollment and level achieved will also be included.

The certificate of attendance and completion will only be issued to students who attend at least 85% of their classes and is not valid as an official document in accordance with the legislation regulating non-accredited education.

Classes missed due to national or local holidays will not be rescheduled or refunded. When more than one holiday falls in the same week (Monday – Friday), either one day of the missed classes can be made up or a 20% discount will be applied to the corresponding course week price for a 1 or 2-week program; if students prefer to receive the discount they must notify us at the time of enrollment. One-to-One classes will be always made up.

Where is the school located?

Enforex Barcelona is located in the centre of Barcelona, in Eixample district - very close to Las Ramblas, the university and some cultural centres.

When do the offered courses start?

The courses are being offered during all year long and most of them start any Monday, no matter the level. Some special courses begin the first Monday of the month. Exam preparatory programmes' dates depend on the exam schedules.

What happens if during my course falls a bank holiday?

Classes cancelled due to festivities and bank holidays are not submitted to returns or rescheduling. If there is more than one day off during the week (Mon - Fri), one of the cancelled classes will be rescheduled or a 20% discount will be applied for the programmes of one or two weeks. If you wish to obtain a discount, notify us about it when booking. Private clases will be always made up for. If a holiday falls on Monday, the classes start on Tuesday.

What are the levels of the Spanish courses in Enforex?

Your Spanish level doesn't matter as the first day of the course the school organises written and oral level test. Depending on the results you will be assigned to the correct group.

What's the duration of one class?

Every class lasts 55 minutes. The number of classes depends on your choice. After the course you will have time to explore the city and pratice your Spanish.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?

Students who will participate in at least 85% of their classes will receive a personalised Enforex certificate of the assistance and end of the course. The document will consist of the name, level and hours of the completed course and achieved level. The date of the inscription and name of the school will be included as well.

Accommodation

If I'm on the special diet like vegetarian, vegan, lactose or gluten free, etc - will the family or residence hall where I'm staying bear it in mind?

If you need any special diet due to your religion, health or ethics, we can offer you adapted meals. Though, you need to specify it clearly in the booking process.

What types of lodging is offered in Enforex Barcelona?

The school offers three types of lodging: shared apartment, host family and residence hall.

What's the distance between the school and accommodation?

Our accommodations are located mostly in the centre of the city and are in the distance of 30 minutes away from school (on foot or by public transport).

When can I check-in?

The accommodation is at your disposal from 12:00 on Sunday prior to the start day of the course, till 12:00 on Saturday following the last day of the classes.

What happens if I arrive to my accommodation before the official date or departure later?

Depending on the availability, you can book extra night in your accommodation spot (max. of 3 days, paid additionally). For those who need 4 or more extra nights, the supplement of the equivalent of the whole week will be charged. If you decide on extending your stay, we would be able to offer you the same accommodation you're in as long as it's not booked by another person.

Where shall I go when I arrive to Barcelona?

If you book accommodation with us, before your arrival you will get all the details on where to go, how to get the keys, etc. We will also provide you with emergency number to call to in case of any problems. If you book a course without lodging, you should go directly to the school on Monday, at 8:00 to fill in a placement test.
